We use information to:

7. How we share your information

We share personal information only as described here.

A. Service providers
We may use vendors to run our service, such as data storage, email, analytics, and hosting providers. They may process your information only to provide services to us and under appropriate contractual safeguards.
B. Potential employers, only with your opt in
If you opt in to matching, we may share a limited subset of your information with potential employers or recruiting partners in Canada and the United States. This subset may include your name, LinkedIn URL, resume link if provided, city and region, work authorization status, and a short summary of your fit. We aim to share only what is reasonably needed to evaluate an opportunity.
C. Legal and safety
We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, or legal process, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect rights, safety, and integrity.

8. Using our custom GPT, and external Actions
Our custom GPT may ask you for information. You decide what to share.
If you opt in to matching and our GPT uses an external Action, the information listed in Section 3 may be sent to our systems so we can store your lead and matching profile. If you do not opt in, we do not request contact details for matching and we do not send them to our systems through an Action.

Default retention periods

If you do not opt in to matching, we do not store your contact details for matching through an Action.
-
If you opt in to matching but no active opportunity is pursued, we retain your matching profile for up to 12 months, then delete or deidentify it.
-
If you engage in an active matching process or you request ongoing consideration, we retain your matching profile for up to 24 months from your last interaction, then delete or deidentify it.
-
We may retain limited records of consent and deletion requests for up to 24 months for audit, security, and dispute resolution.

You can request deletion earlier at any time.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we become aware of a breach that poses a real risk of significant harm, we will take reasonable steps to notify affected individuals and regulators as required by applicable law.
